Black and White
Designed to be that way.
To me, photographing in black and white always came naturally. And by always I mean since I remember looking at photographs and caring about photography. It’s not the result of a stylistic choice or finding a solution for an actual expression problem. I don’t photograph for style or to solve problems, I do it to express what I see in my mind and feel in my heart. And if what I see feels more significant in black and white, I embrace it dearly. In a dual complementary system of logic and morality, sense and sensibility. Maybe I’m just designed to be that way. And as such, I am one with the black and white photos I shoot.
